Expectations of Service
At Raising Men & Women Lawn Care Service, we are committed to providing free lawn care for those in need while fostering a spirit of service and responsibility among our young volunteers. To ensure clear communication and a successful experience for both those requesting assistance and our volunteers, please keep the following in mind:
1. Volunteer-Based Services
Our organization is powered by young volunteers between the ages of 8 and 17 who have signed up to serve their communities. While these children are dedicated and eager to help, they are not professional landscapers. They depend on their parents or guardians for transportation and may have school, family responsibilities, or other commitments. Availability varies and may change over time.
2. Service Availability & Location
We strive to match lawn care requests with volunteers in the same city and state. However, service depends on whether we currently have an active volunteer in your area. If we do not have an available volunteer at the time of your request, we will do our best to recruit more help and notify you if someone signs up in your area.
3. Request Confirmation & Service Guarantee
Submitting a request does not guarantee service. Our ability to provide assistance depends on volunteer availability. If a volunteer is available, their parent or guardian will reach out to coordinate with you directly. If no response is received within 3-7 days, please contact us, and we will follow up.
4. Respect and Communication
We ask that all service recipients respect the time and efforts of our young volunteers. They are giving their time to help others and should be treated with kindness and appreciation. If you are matched with a volunteer and they become unavailable, please let us know so we can attempt to find another match.
5. Patience and Understanding
As a volunteer-based organization, we do our best to serve as many people as possible, but we cannot always guarantee immediate or ongoing service. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to grow and support more communities.
Final Note
While we aim to provide assistance to as many people as possible, our volunteers are still children with limitations. We are grateful for your understanding and support as we work together to make a difference—one lawn at a time.
