Parents, relatives, friends, and neighbors can submit a nomination. All nominations are reviewed by our team.

Fields are required unless marked optional. Please share only information relevant to the child’s service. Do not include a home address, school schedule, or sensitive personal details.

Before you nominate: photo permission & review

To be considered for Mower of the Month, the child’s parent or legal guardian must allow the organization to share the child’s photos publicly. Sharing photos helps us recognize the child’s service and show supporters the young people they support. If the family has selected No, the child will not be eligible.

Submitting a nomination does not give photo-sharing permission on behalf of the family and does not guarantee selection. Permission must be confirmed with the parent or legal guardian before selection or publication. A nominator cannot override a family’s No choice.

This requirement applies to nominations and applications submitted on or after November 6, 2026, including those from existing participants. Earlier nominations, applications, and completed awards are not changed by this update.

Submitting this form recommends a child for review. Selection requires verified parent or legal guardian permission for public photo sharing. A nomination does not guarantee an award, register the child for the challenge, or provide permission on the family’s behalf. We may contact you at the email you provide about this nomination.
